Keys to good dental health:

 

  • Eat a balanced diet and drink at least 2  litres of water a day

  • Brush your teeth twice daily for at least 3 minutes using a soft bristle brush. Make sure circular motions are used and the gums are massaged as well as the teeth being brushed for optimum plaque removal

  • Floss once a day before brushing

  • Visit your dentist every 6 months for a routine check up and clean
